"The hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to amazing restaurants, shops and the local streets are beautiful. It’s really easy to get around from here. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. However I did not find the reception staff very helpful. I wanted advice on day trips, booking a private car and booking a restaurant and they wouldn’t help me or were very reluctant to help. Booking various things on websites and via phone can be very difficult when you don’t speak Japanese. In addition the rooms are provided with fresh towels each day but the beds are not made. However the beds are very comfortable after a long day out!"

"Great location, 16 minutes by train to most shrines or a 20-30 minute walk. Across from the Kyoto station. Near some good hole in the wall places with great food (cash only places). There’s a great multi level shopping mall next door. Could ’ve used more mirrors, shower did change temperatures while using it, bathroom was small, especially for having the only sink."

"Excellent Location and a Wonderful Stay in Osaka! We had a great stay at this hotel in Osaka for 4 nights! The location was fantastic, with three train stations nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Dotonbori was also just a comfortable 20-minute walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the food, shopping and atmosphere. The area felt safe, and the convenience of getting around made our stay stress-free. A special mention to Hikari Restaurant, which was absolutely wonderful and added to our overall experience. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka, especially families looking for a safe, convenient location with easy access to public transport and the city's main attractions. We would happily stay here again!"

"This was our favorite hotel of the trip! Great breakfast, amenities, laundry on site, massage chairs for free, the onsen. Amazing! Great location to everything we wanted to do and for transit. If I had to say one bad thing it’s that the pillows needed to be updated. They were hard and small. Otherwise, I would 1000% recommend this Place to anyone visiting Kyoto."
