"Super modern, super nice place. Our room was huge and nice to have a separate bedroom for parents. Full kitchen, microwave, toaster and laundry in the room. Family Mart right downstairs and close to train station."

"We lost a bag full of important stuff at a Starbucks but no one even touched it after hours it didn’t even move which is great it’s crazy because in America if it was even 30 minutes it’s gone."

"Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"We had such a wonderful experience at this property. Just under 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious. "Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property...

"It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk). "
