"Everything was nice at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms was tidy and clean. I don't have any complaints at all. There was no noise at night. The beds were comfortable. The most enjoyable moment of all was the breakfast. Chris did an outstanding job being attentive during breakfast. He replenish stations swiftly being sure that nothing ran out along with kept stations and tables clean. He even removed your plate when you were done! His spirit was AWESOME! Everyone enjoyed his stories, jokes, and personality. "

"Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet even though we were an hour and a half past what was the check in time. The room was very clean and nicer than the pictures, but the walls were paper thin. Like when the neighbor moved in their bed, my bed moved. The beds were very worn and uncomfortable. Also, we had an adjoining room to another one and the gap in the door was 3”. We had to stuff a towel down there to try to diminish the noise and light. The amenities looked cool with a waterfall and walking trail. Would probably stay again but try to get a different style room."

"The staff didn't have access to the system to check me in!!! What kind of joke is that!!! The lady was getting a hold of manager and kept me waiting for over 30 minutes without an update! I ended up having to stay in another hotel and I still haven't heard back."

"The BEST thing about the Lodge of the Ozarks is the proximity to everything around Branson. Literally several of the attractions are within walking distance. Staff was mostly courteous and welcoming. The room and bathroom were all adequate size for our needs. Sadly we had a few complaints with the first one being the bed, the bed cover provided was paper thin (just a slightly thicker bed sheet). We had to ask for a second blanket which they provided, but you would think a hotel would provide a modestly plush comforter, unfortunately not. Second the TV was an adequate size but it was so old you could not log into your Netflix/steaming service of your choice to watch anything other than limited cable channels. The "Free" breakfast was very average and nothing to write home about, limited or standard choices...I guess it is "free" so you get what you pay for. And finally the plugins available in your room are barely adequate. Why more hotels just don't give you a bank of USB or a/c plugins to power all your devices doesn't make sense. Lastly the parking...if you don't get your parking space settled before 7 PM you will be parking in the back. This is difficult as many go to see shows at night. Not sure if others are using the parking that are not staying there but we could not believe how quickly it filled up. It is definitely not the best hotel we have ever been in but if you have a short stay in Branson it will work...an extended stay like ours, not so much."

"We go to branson 5+ times a year and this is by far the best room we have stayed at for the price of the room. The hotel was very quite. We had 2 children under 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The room was VERY clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods to choose from. The elevator made it convenient to carry luggage and two kids up to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. "
