"The staff here is truly wonderful! As there is no elevator, they helped us to take our bags upstairs to our rooms. I was working a good portion of our trip and the wifi here was great. The employees offered suggestions on places we could walk to visit in the town and made sure to let us know if the pub kitchen was closing in case we wanted to order."

"Very comfortable stay, in a spacious room with a clean en-suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good bar and nice food. Here for overnight stay en-route and would definitely return and maybe for a longer stay."

"Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill."
