"The hostel vibe was super fun, welcoming and strived to get guests to interact. The demographic was mainly international guests. When I was there it was their 1st anniversary and they had many festivities - bingo with prizes, birthday count down, free snacks and drinks, sake, pictures, delicious cake. The next night was live music and a takoyaki making party. The shared lounge space was like you got transported to a beach with white sand, beach lounge furniture and tropical scenes projected on the wall and ceiling. There was also a small pool table and a shared kitchen. Pod room was pretty basic and amenities were scarce compared to other pod hotels I’ve stayed at. Had only one bath towel for the whole stay and any additional towel had a rental fee. Shared bathroom space was unfortunately not well maintained by guests and/or cleaned by hostel staff. The women’s shower and sink areas had hair all over the floors, water all over the counter tops, garbages over flowing, and paper towels not replenished. It was gross and disappointing. I really wanted to like this place, but the ill maintained shower area was too much. Hopefully guests will do a better job at cleaning up after themselves and/or the hostel schedules more frequent cleanings/inspections."

"Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, this property needs significant improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. The entire room — including the bedsheets and linens — looked like they hadn’t been washed or changed. We didn’t even feel comfortable changing our clothes because everything felt so unclean. The hotel really needs renovation, this is outdated."

"Excellent room, amenities and staff were all very professional. Also the location is very nice if going to Disney, as they offer free shuttle service all day every 10 minutes. We stayed for several days and the cost was absolutely affordable. I found the Lawson conveince store in the lobby to be extremely convenient 😆. I cannot say enough kind words for this hotel. We will stay again on our next visit to Toyko Disneyland!"

"Tokyo Disney Resort was part of plan for my trip together with my wife and so we really liked the location as the hotel was a short walk away from Ichikawa-Shiohama Station which is two stops away from Maihama station that gets you to Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel switches out towels every day which was nice too. Small, clean, and simple."
