"Check-in took 15 min. Reception lady is very nice and kind, provides all info needed about the room and area. Location is perfect for Ibiza town. 2 minutes walk to main streets and shops. Apartment was clean and all decent amenities. But you get what you paid for.. walls were a bit damaged and the apartment itself looks old, everything was clean, toilet had recently been renovated. Would stay there again if I'm on a budget."

The rooms are no frills, quite basic, but pleasant enough, with everything you need. "Back in the late 90s I stayed at these apartments and found them just as good today ,I liked the big balcony the sea view tremendous,one problem I only took one breakfast taken at the lux Mar next door the breakfast was cold or just Luke warm yesterday good variety but cold and this was ten am ,so once was enough for me,better take a little walk along the sea front my the Mary play apartments two restaurants there offer a English breakfast "

"Location is excellent, 10 min walk into Ibiza new/old town and Dalt Vila, although steep hill to walk. 5min walk to Figueretes Beach and 25/30 min walk to Bora Bora beach. Loads of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Apartment was basic but very clean, room was cleaned every other day with fresh towels.
