"Loved the property. We are a retired couple and wanted quiet and easy access to tram (10 minute walk). We were able to get around without a car which was amazing. We took the tram to get our groceries (1 stop), went to different markets and restaurants. Went to Alicante many times (20-25 minutes by tram). Train station in Alicante is a great point to go to Valencia, Madrid, Murcia. There is about 7 km of beaches with boardwalks, all impeccably kept. The property, however, has a very small beach...
