"It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. Great stay in Osaka
"We loved our stay at Royal Park Canvas. Loved the convenience of having a train station and a family mart right next door. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and fair sized for Japan and bed was comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. We loved being able to hop on a quick train to areas like Dotonbori but also escape the busyness to go back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
