"The property is new and nice , but there’s still work in progress such as getting the STp recycled water in proposer order as the water being used for the commode tends to give off an unpleasant odour , hopefully this gets fixed quickly "

"Pros: The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the hot showers are excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast is also delicious. Improvements: It would be helpful if breakfast started a bit earlier. Additionally, be sure to review your invoice carefully after checkout. During our stay, we had small correction ; also we noticed three other families raising concerns about incorrect charges on their bills."

The staff were very respectful, helpful, and the owner personally ensured everything went smoothly— even prioritizing giving the entire apartment to my parents while check-in formalities were underway. It's convenient location on the main road is perfect, just minutes from temples, food options, and easy access to Tirumala. We felt truly taken care of from arrival to departure including getting support for shopping, getting detail information about the places and darshan. Highly recommend for families visiting Tirupati!
