"This is a very, very cool place. The history and story is remarkable and the environment is a total throwback. I had breakfast and dinner and both were very good. The cocktails Nathan crafted for me were wonderful and it was a pleasure to chat with him and other patrons. Now, it's a historic paddlewheeler; not a sparkling new cruise ship. So, it's got patina -- everywhere. But that's the whole charm of it. Loved the views across the water, the relaxing water, and even the sea lions barking at all hours of the night. Wonderfully different!"

"I was very pleased with the hospitality on Friday night at check in with Jasmine at the front counter. Check in was quick and we were able to talk a bit on the reason for me being in the area. I didn’t have to interact with staff much after that. Our room was clean, the gym facility was also clean and access of machines and water with no problems. Overall, a quiet property. Thank you for a great job well done. Will stay again if in the area. "
