Beautiful 28m2 studio with a 12m2 terrace overlooking the sea.
Equiped with a very confortable queen size fold-up bed.
Very high speed Fiber-optic Internet.
Charming studio with a big roofless terrace overlooking the sea.

Located in front of a lovely beach and 5 minutes walk from the sailing harbour and its shops and restaurants.
It is very well-equiped (dish-washer etc....) and furnished.
There is a bus stop in front of the building.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Linen and towels are provided for 2 persons (it is included in the cleaning fees).
I don't live there, so a Concierge will take care of you. She is very reactive and professional.
I am always reachable at any time on my cell phone.
The station or the airport without a 10 minute drive.
There is a bus stop (line 67) in front of the building.

"The apartment is great, it has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Everything was clean and tidy when we got there and this made the stay very easy. Location is perfect next to the beach and close to the airport and the views were beautiful. Thank you for having us. Regards"

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la communication avec notre hôte. Emplacement idéal et adéquation entre l'annonce et la réalité. Cependant l'accés aux toilettes et à la douche pour une personne en fauteuil roulant ont été rendus difficiles à cause de l'exiguité des lieux. Merci à Jessica pour son sympatique accueil.

l'appartement est idéalement situé près du port de Hyères, presque "les pieds dans l'eau" avec une vue magnifique matin et soir, à proximité des commerces mais au calme. Appartement très propre et équipement optimisé (lave linge, lave vaisselle) très appréciable, à louer sans hésiter!

Appartement en bord de mer, dans résidence calme. Bus à proximité, en destination de la gare et de la tour fondue ( porquerolles). Nous avons passé un bon séjour, avec un propriétaire disponible à tout moment

Très belle opportunité pour passer quelques jours dans le sud hors saison. Commerces et nombreux restaurants sur le port à 700m. Un seul petit inconvénient, l'absence d'une hotte d'aspiration au dessus du réchaud.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce ; très belle vue et fonctionnel .Ideal pour un couple même avec un enfant .Arrêt du car en face de la résidence , ce qui permet beaucoup de déplacement. Propriétaire très sympa et à l'écoute des locataires .Je recommande cette location et j'y reviendrais avec plaisir car nous avons passées un agréable séjour .

C’est avec regret que nous sommes partis, fin de notre séjour. Mais, nous serons prêts à revenir dans cette région, plutôt en hors saison qu’en pleine saison, beaucoup trop bruyante ! Merci à Jean pour son accueil chaleureux et le suivi pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Hyères dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé ; la vue mer panoramique est bien là....et pour le coup les pieds dans l'eau aussi (la mer arrivait sur la route devant la résidence à notre arrivée...mais le parking et la résidence sont restés au sec !). Commerces et restaurants du port de Hyères accessibles à pied à quelques minutes seulement de la résidence. Très bonne literie. Bref, nous sommes prêts à revenir....

Légerement en retrait sur un terrasse, on pourrait passer des heures à admirer la vue. L'appartement est suréquipé par rapport à la plupart des locations et la climatisation très appréciable. L'emplacement est parfait, la voiture est garée et on peut tout faire à pieds : plages, courses et animations sur le port. Le propriétaire très impliqué pour le bon déroulement du séjour. Deuxième séjour vraiment réussi dans ce studio qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons loué un scooter, idéal pour profiter pleinement des environs. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Le studio est confortable et la terrasse permet de profiter à fond du soleil, le matin et une bonne partie de l'après-midi... Il y a même un petit barbecue électrique pour les amateurs :-)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, le studio est très bien entretenu, nous avons tout le confort , proche des commerces et vue sur la mer sont les petits plus. On a bien apprécié l'appel de Mr Lallemand pendant notre séjour. Je conseillerais sans hésitation cette location.

DieWohnung ist klein,die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön.Sehr gutes Bett,gute Einrichtung,das Bad sehr klein.Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten,sehr gutes Kümmern ,dass alles klappt vom Vermieter.Danke Karin und Bernd.

Un propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce studio. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Tout près du port. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
