Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur la presqu’île. Le logement est spacieux, agréable et bien équipé. L’hôte est très accueillant et réactif au moindre problème. On recommande sans hésiter !

Bier und Wein zur Begrüßung

Die Unterkunft ist für vier Personen groß genug, die Einrichtung von der Küche , über das Bad (mit Waschnmaschine) ist alles da! Wlan funktioniert, Fernsehen hat französische Sender. Keine Klimaanlage (die wird aber eingebaut, laut Vermieter). 4 Standventilatoren. Bier und Wein im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Was nicht so gut ist, ist der Standort an einer Straße, in der in der Nacht die Autos vorbeirasen! Es ist zwar 30ger Zone, aber da hält sich keiner dran!

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche bei Jose verbracht. Die Wohnung war echt toll und auch unsere Teenager waren zufrieden. Jose ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten gekühlte Getränke bei der Anreise im Kühlschrank und der Strand ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es war wirklich perfekt und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Viel schöner als erwartet.

Uns fehlen fast die Worte um zu beschreiben, wie wunderbar die Unternkunft war. Die Begrüßung von Jose war sehr herzlich und überaus freundlich. Der Check-In lief sehr schnell ab. Die Wohnung ist unser bisheriges Highlight in den letzten Jahren. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Unglaublich sauber. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem neu renoviert und befindet sich in einem absoluten Top Zustand. Die drei Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über einen sehr großen zweitürigen Kleiderschrank. Die Betten haben neue Matratzen auf denen sich sehr gut schlafen lässt. Das größte Zimmer ist der Wohn-Ess-Küchenbreich. Dort steht eine sehr bequeme Couch sowie ein großer Fernseher. Ebenso ist ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen untergebracht. Die Küche ist durch einen kleinen Thekenbereich abgetrennt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ceranfeld, Backofen, große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Im Flur befindet sich ein großer Holzschrank. Die Toilette ist separat. Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Badewanne mit seitlicher Duschabtrennung. Insg. gibt es 4 Standventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage soll wohl demnächst verbaut werden. Wir haben Sie jedoch nicht vermisst. Im Urlaub ist es halt warm ;o) Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und war der unfassbar sauber. Das Wasser absolut klar. Die meiste Zeit war es recht windstill, so dass es fast keinen Wellengang gab.

Bel appartement très bien tenu

Le propriétaire habite à proximité et sa discrétion est exemplaire. Merci pour ses généreuses attentions mises au refrigerateur pour rafraîchir et égayer notre arrivée. Quelques dosettes de café. Bravo ! C est généreux et accueillant. C est la première fois que je rencontre cet accueil si bien préparé. Linge de maison, de bain, et lits faits quel plaisir ! Des produits pour l entretien ... De grands placards dans chaque chambre. Literie neuve. Cet appartement tres lumineux dispose de trois expositions ce qui permet d aérer quand il fait chaud en période estivale. La rue est calme, verdoyante, mais la nuit j ai regretté de devoir fermer fenêtre et les bons volets coté chambre parentale à cause de quelques moteurs vrombissants et forte lumière publique. C est le seul inconvénient remarqué. Tout est vraiment pensé pour passer des vacances géniales à Giens. Je recommande.

Des vacances idéales

Location très propre et accueillante . Très bien équipée, et bien située proche de la plage et des commerces, toutes sortes activités possibles, plongée jet ski rando. Le propriétaire est disponible pour vous donner des bonnes adresses de restos de lieux de visites. Aucune hésitation nous recommandons cet endroit pleins de charmes . Merci à José le propriétaire pour ces qualités d accueil et ses petites attentions.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir erlebten einen schönen Urlaub trotz den sehr heissen Temperaturen. Ein grosses Lob und Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber der uns in kürzester Zeit zwei zusätzliche Ventilatoren besorgte damit die heissen Nächte erträglicher wurden . Herr Aguilera war immer da wenn man Hilfe benötigte, vielen Dank für alles! Liebe Grüsse Fam. Jost
