'Hameau de la Pinède' Furnished villa on 3 levels (7/8 people) in a 3-star Tourist residence with swimming pool and paddling pool, green areas (volleyball court and ping pong table) and playground.

Un très bon séjour. La location est idéalement placée pour découvrir la presqu’île de Giens et la résidence est propre et bien entretenue. Seul bémol, la propreté et l’état du logement qui est à revoir…

Séjour catastrophe à Hyeres

Temps horrible (on n’y peut rien) mais surtout beaucoup de problèmes ( pas de lampes de chevet ds une chambre, une seule chaîne TV,, aspirateur HS, balai avec 3 poils, lumière au dessus des plaques chauffantes arrachée, parasol bon pour déchèterie j’ai dû changer moi même des ampoules.Baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas, réparée le lendemain. Bref, honteux de donner ce logement vétuste à la location.,l’hôte ne cherche qu’à donner un strict minimum et Abritel ne vérifie pas. A fuir!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert, die Anlage ist sehr schön. Jedoch war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht vollkommen sauber. Es fehlt auch die Bettwäsche, die man selber mitbringen muss.

Schönes Plätzchen mit Einschränkungen

Erstmal das positive: Lage top, Strand in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, mit Kindern super, da das Wasser schön flach ist. Anlage auch sehr schön, sehr gepflegt mit Spielplatz und einem großen und einem Baby Pool. Draußen sitzt man sehr nett und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage. Das Haus ist großzügig und hat viele Zimmer, mehrere Bäder, was zu mehreren sehr praktisch ist. Oben ist noch ein sehr schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Laden auf einem Campingplatz wo man alles nötiges bekommt. Umgebung auch toll zum Wandern, die Küste ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Jetzt zu den weniger schönen Dingen: als wir ankamen war das Haus nicht sauber, Krümmel vom Vorgänger, Boden sehr dreckig, alles was man zum putzen braucht wirklich ekelhaft, alte schmutzige Lappen, Klobürsten müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt außerdem kein WLAN im Haus, in der Anlage gibt es welches, allerdings sehr teuer und an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt das es schlecht sein wird da es keinen Verteiler im Haus gibt, absolut nicht zeitgemäß! Meiner Meinung nach roch es auch ständig sehr alt und muffig, es müssten ein paar Dinge einfach mal ausgetauscht werden wie Sofa, Töpfe, Wischer, putzlappen. Es war für drei Wochen recht teuer, Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt sehr viele fiese Mücken, das muss man einfach wissen.

Agréable séjour dans cette jolie résidence

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location sur la presqu'ile de Giens. La résidence est agréable bien entretenue et nous avons également profité de la piscine pas du tout surchargée en septembre. De belles randonnées à faire ds la région , de belles visites , île de Porquerolles , Hyères, Bormes les Mimosas avec le fort de Brégançon. Tout était superbe.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison. La résidence en septembre était très calme, le jardin magnifique et la piscine grande, belle et à la bonne température. La maison est très bien équipée, bien entretenue, claire et agréable. Elle est située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de la Badine. Le seul petit bémol : les moustiques passant à l'attaque à la tombée du jour............

Idéal avec des enfants, bien placé pour les plages

Maison agréable, globalement bien équipée et propre, literie confortable. Nous sommes venus en mai, piscine bien fraîche mais vraiment très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la résidence, on peut aller à la plage de la Badine à pied, et ensuite les autres plages sont accessibles en vélo rapidement, tout comme l'embarcadère pour aller à Porquerolles. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cette maison!

Schöner Urlaub - mit Nachgeschmack!

Wir haben eine noch recht ruhige Zeit vor den Ferien gebucht, Vertrag, Anzahlung hat alles wunderbar. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Pool ist auch für Kinder geeignet, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir einen schlechten Start, denn für unser Empfinden war das Haus nicht sauber, viele auch ältere Spuren der Vormieter und Vorvormieter waren noch vorhanden, Tendenz ekelhaft. Wir haben uns erst einmal um die Säuberung der Wohnung kümmern müssen. Hierdurch haben wir gefühlt einen Tag verloren. Uns sind bei einem Schirm der schon nicht mehr intakte Fixierpunkt entzwei gegangen, was wir im Anschluss gemeldet haben. Nach Abreise habe ich dem Eigentümer unseren Kummer mitgeteilt und uns entschuldigt, daß etwas kaputt gegangen sei. Auf die Bitte hin, die Endreinigung für unsere Anfangsreinigung in Abzug zu bringen, wurde uns gesagt, es wäre alles sauber gewesen. Schimmelflecken, verkalkte Gläser, Mikrowelle mit Essensresten, etc scheinen den Vermieter also nicht zu stören! Den Schirm (mehrere Jahre alt) wollte der Vermieter komplett ersetzt haben, pauschal mit € 100, was der Schirm nicht wert gewesen ist (online kostet so ein Schirm ca € 70 neu!). Erst nach langen Verhandeln, wurde ist unsere Kaution komplett zurückgezahlt. Auf der Reinigung hat er uns sitzen lassen. Alles sehr schade und unnötig. Wir werden daher nicht mehr hinfahren oder es empfehlen, da wir nicht fair behandelt wurden, noch eine Entschuldigung für den Dreck erhalten haben. Der Urlaub selbst war super, gut geeignet auch für kleine Kinder. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und lohnt einen Urlaub. Anti Moskito nicht vergessen, wir wurden förmlich aufgefressen.

Sehr schöne Ferien

Ferienhaus in ruhiger und grüner Umgebung. Die Hauseinrichtung ist einfach und funktionell. Der Parterre-Sitzplatz etwas eng und ohne Überdachung. Die angenzende grosszügige Gartenanlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gut gepflegt. An den nahe gelegenen Sandstränden war bei unserem Aufenthalt genügend Platz für Ballspiele usw. Wir konnten unsere sonnigen Ferien sehr geniessen.

Great place for vacation

Very nice apartment in a beautiful site. Only a short walk from the beach away. Apartment is well equipped for cooking and all housing stuff. We, 2 adults and 2 toddlers, really enjoyed the apartment, the playground as well as the pool. Giens is a great place to stay as well as a good base for exploring the marvellous Cote d'Azur. We can only recommend this place.

Maison très agréable

La maison est très agréable à vivre et bien équipée. Idéal pour couple ou famille avec enfants. Une grande plage de sable est accessible à 5 min à pied. Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour aller sur l'ile de Porquerolles. L'emplacement de la maison permet d'y aller très facilement. Nous vous conseillons le restaurant " le poisson rouge " situé sur la route du port du Niel à Giens. Nadège & Olivier

Vacances formidables à Giens

La maison est vraiment très fonctionnelle.Le parc sécurisé permet de laisser les enfants jouer en toute tranquillité. La proximité de la piscine et de plage sont très apprécié.
