Ideally located 50 meters from the beach of Port Hélène and 5 minutes walk from the famous beach of Almanarre, the location of this villa offers perfect conditions to enjoy a relaxing holiday and sports in Hyères and surroundings.

The peninsula of Giens is a 5-minute drive away, the main port of Hyères (departure for the island of Port-Cros) and the departure for the island of Porquerolles from the Tour Fondue are just 10 minutes. Finally, it takes about 15 minutes to discover the charm of the historic and pedestrian city center of Hyères.

This beautiful villa of 180 m² renovated in 2016 offers modern and comfortable services both outside around the pool and inside on both levels.

On the ground floor is a beautiful living room with a living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Magnifique villa

Magnifique villa proche de la mer décorée avec beaucoup de soin . La maison est très bien équipée. le jardin avec piscine très agréable avec plusieurs espaces détente. Proximité port , restaurants, commerces.Toutefois la proximité de l'aéroport reste un peu bruyante uniquement en journée. très bonnes vacances

Merveilleux! Tres Jolie maison, parfaitement décorée et équipée. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. La maison est très jolie et très fonctionnelle. Quartier calme vue magnifique, deco soignee. Concernant les commentaires sur la proximité de l'aéroport, il y a très peu d'avions de ligne, surtout des hélicoptères et des jets privés ! Mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gêné. Tres bonne communication avec les priprietaires, Aurelue qui s occupe de la maison est adorable. Pro he des plages, de Giens, des commerces. De tres belles vacances, merci!

Wunderschöne Villa mit liebe zum Detail

Wir waren für 1 Woche mit 8 Personen und einem Baby für unseren Sommerurlaub in dem Haus. Alles ist mit vielen Details und hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe um sich am Abend nochmal zu erfrischen. Der Grill und die schöne Abendbeleuchtung haben uns viele schöne Stunden beschert. Der einzige Störfaktor sind die über das Haus fliegenden Flieger (mal mehr, mal weniger). Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und in einer sehr guten Lage. Der schöne, lange Sandstrand welcher 5-10 Minuten fußläufig ist war sehr angenehm. Weiter schöne Strände erreicht man im 20-30 Minuten.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus an einem wundervollen Ort!

Wir verbrachten im Juli mit insgesamt 8 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 2 fantastische Wochen in diesem Haus. In Kürze: Super Lage mit teilweise Meerblick und nur circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand. Ein fantastischer Garten mit einem Pool, der perfekt für die Kinder (Alarmananlage) und eine kurze Abkühlung war. Der Garten selbst bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Loungegelegenheiten. Jeder Teil des Gartens ist etwas anders gestaltet und hat einen anderen Flair. Das Haus: die Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind modern, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ich könnte noch lange von dem Haus und dem tollen Außenbereich schwärmen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, der aber weder uns, noch die Kinder gestört hat, sind die Flugzeuge, die vereinzelt relativ tief über das Haus fliegen. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und die zwei Wochen sind viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder...
