Approximately 50sqm + a terrace of approximately 6sqm with panoramic views of the port and the sea. East-facing, located on the 5th and last floor (with an elevator). LIVING ROOM: French door opening onto the terrace, 1 sofa bed, dining area. Separate KITCHEN. BEDROOM 1: 2 twin beds (90). BATHROOM. TOILET: independent. TERRACE. PARKING.
Apartment amenities: free WI-FI, television, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture.
Monthly rent from September to the end of June: 700€ + water and electricity consumption.
To be paid on-site: security deposit (450 euros), tourist tax.
Possibility to rent linens: 20 euros for a double bed and 12 euros for a single bed per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.
