"A great place with polite staff "

"We stayed for 3 days on the beautiful island of Hydra, our second visit. Our stay at Hydrate Chromata was excellent. We were greeted at the ferry and escorted to the property. The location is excellent, just a minute or two from the main harbour. Our room was modern, very clean with a lovely little balcony with a nice view. We were pleasantly surprised by the fridge being stocked with several staples and an espresso machine with pods and cream. Fresh bread was left at our door each morning which we loved and there was butter, jam etc in the room.This is a very well maintained property with great customer service and a perfect location. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you staff of Chromata!"

"Amazing hotel. Service was unbelievably good and little touches were everywhere - multiple welcome drinks, winetasting event by the pool with very knowledgeable sommelier, good live music every night, incredible room service breakfast for very little extra cost or big breakfast buffet with fresh food. Rooms were great, so was pool and beach amenities. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel in Hydra Town. Just blocks from the ferry docks. Small property, only a few rooms, excellent housekeeping. And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet. From pastries to fruit, eggs, coffee, custard…so glad we opted to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. Fantastic place, would go back in a heartbeat. "
