Friendly staff, they went above and beyond when a Ola/Uber driver was trying to scam us.
Facilities were top notch, they had everything we needed (AC, Clean Bed, work desk, fridge, locker, clean bathroom, breakfast onsite for additional pay).
Will plan to stay here if I visit here again.

The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well.
The check-in time mentioned on their website was incorrect (it's actually 2PM) so I was charged an early check-in fee, but the owner personally reached out to me and refunded this amount after I pointed it out, which I thought was a really sincere gesture.
Overall, I found the staff unusually friendly, polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Hyderabad for a US visa interview
