"On arriving staff were friendly we stayed in the family room on ground floor the room was clean and very spacious had everything we needed for our weekend break location was very convenient especially just a short 15 minute drive to Heaton Park for the parklife 2025 event the pub attached where we had an excellent breakfast plenty of selection and staff again were amazing as too was the pub grub on the evening an all in all fantastic place to stay will most definitely stay again well done boat and horses keep up the great work "

"Myself , my husband and my teenage son had a very pleasant stay here. We chose this hotel as it was only a short drive to old Trafford football ground where we went for soccer aid. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There were no lifts but that didn't boher us as the stairs weren't steep. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a really good selection of full English breakfast, pastries, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Would stay again . "

"All the staff were friendly and helpful . The room was well maintained and clean. The bar/ breakfast and reception area’s were c comfortable . The only area of improvement would be that on an evening there should be more staff behind the bar and reception. When we returned to the hote there was only one member of staff behind the bar/ reception and it was busy and some tables needed clearing and queue’s formed."

"Lovely hotel and very friendly staff members who couldn't do enough to help us. Rooms are small and no storage hardly for clothing etc but otherwise perfect stay"

"Fresh fairly new room kept Very clean, all amenities could want were provided. Reception staff were very welcoming and happy to help if anything was needed. Did pay for early check in at 11:30am but unfortunately only one room was available at arrival. Had to wait until after 3pm for second room. - check in was very quick and car park very convenient. Only other slight issue over the weekend was the taps at the bar not working properly. But after a short wait was able to get a drink on draught. Although did have to request to change one drink after this. "

"Got free early check in. We had a couple of issues and all rectified ASAP Nothing was a problem, all staff very friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Although when hotel full there is not enough seating. Would recommend and stay again in the future. "

"Front desk staff were excellent throughout our stay. It's a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, then a short tram ride to the Co-op arena. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. There is also an excellent craft beer brewery and bar in a nearby industrial estate, called Track brewery. Highly recommend! "
