"cant beat the location of this hotel. the standard rooms are quite small, but as a solo traveler, it works well for me. there's no mini fridge which i miss, but cant beat the price of this hotel right in the middle of copenhagen. the location itself is well worth it."

"This hotel is perfectly located close to the train station, metro, and central Copenhagen. We enjoyed a nice view of the plaza. The room and bathroom were well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The towels were thick and absorbent. It was nice having a small table and two chairs. There is a tiny fridge, just big enough for a narrow water bottle. I'm not sure why it was so small, but it worked for us. The lobby is comfortable and we had access to the lounge, where we could have snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again."

"Easy walk from terminal. 10 minutes at most. Check in was fast rooms had new carpet and was clean. Also Air conditioning worked well. Rare for Europe. Good for an overnight"

"The best part of the hotel was the amazing staffs there. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any request I had, they tried to accommodate. They helped with early check-in as much as they could. Any amenities we needed, they provided promptly. We had a room facing the water and it was great. The room was minimal and clean. The breakfast was good. It’s the usual selections- eggs, bacon, hash brown, coffee, juices, sausage, fruits, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, toast, spreads, cheese, red beans and such. It was convenient to eat at the hotel instead of having to search for breakfast places so it worked out for us and the food was good. The pool was fun. It’s a public pool but it doesn’t get crowded and there are lifeguards. For someone who only swims indoor, it was an interesting and fun experience. The location is convenient for the places we wanted to travel. It’s close(10 mins walk) to metro so traveling was quite easy. All in all it was a great place to stay."

"Terrific location. Great rooftop bar with view but bar staff was average, didn’t clean up vacated tables promptly. Costly rooms particularly given no access to the pool. No free coffee service in lobby, just instant coffee and hot pot in rooms. Need to request cleaning and fresh towels every day. Cleaning staff was good!"
