"So amazing! "

"We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"We are parents and 2 adult children. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and well thought out with all necessary needs. It is very quiet and lovely for those who are not city folks. We enjoyed many road trips from this spot on our short stay. We would certainly recommend it for exploring the west country, which is fascinating. "We rented both houses Bakki and Holt for our extended family. It was perfect. They are connected by a quick path through the woods. Great location outside of town but close enough for easy access to grocery stores and liquor store. We used this as a base to explore Snæfellsnes peninsula. Farther out on the peninsula quickly becomes very empty and hard to restock. "

"Absolutely love this cabin! It's warm, cosy and situated in the most perfect surroundings, away from the roads & no neighbours in sight. It has 360 undisturbed views, we sat in awe watching sunsets there every night. The cabin has everything you need, beds are clean & comfy, all rooms are well ventilated.
