"I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. The lounge suite was comfortable but the dining chairs are old and the coating peeling off and lands on the floor bed was ok .There were 2 wardrobes but none had hanging rails in them . "Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. "My and my husband along with our pooch poppy had a lovely weekend away for our first wedding anniversary. Beach is a 5 min walk away and was lovely to walk along each day. We walked to Redcar along the sea front one day which was 4.5miles and a lovely day to do it. Accommodation was fab and a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend!"
