Just returned from staying at the best vacation home we've ever stayed in!! It was super clean, incredibly well-equipped with absolutely everything anyone could need, and lots of fun activities for kids! Ensuite bath for every bedroom, kitchen equipped with absolutely everything, and a beautiful pool and hot tub to enjoy in lovely February weather in southern Utah. You can't go wrong staying here!

The house is big so it fits lots of people with the ability to hold many families since each room has its own bathroom. There are lots of games and things to do near you so it's great for kids. It was a fun get away place and I would definitely go there again

Loved our stay in this beautiful, clean new home! The kitchen is very well stocked, and I loved the little extra touches like plenty of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. The heated pool on a cold February weekend was a total hit for everyone! The hot tub was so clean and the water was clear - obvious to see the pool company is taking care of things. Our stay at Sand Hollow Sunrise was nothing short of exceptional! The thoughtful attention to detail truly made our experience comfortable and effortless. From built-in nightlights and charging outlets by the bedside to incredibly soft extra blankets placed throughout the space, every amenity was designed with care. The home offered everything we could possibly need—plenty of dishware, games, TVs, and cozy couches, as well as ample room to dine and entertain. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and we especially appreciated the provided pickleball rackets and balls for some outdoor fun, as well as the kayaks available for exploring Sand Hollow. The space was beautifully designed with plenty of room to host a family gathering. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We LOVED spending our Spring Break in this house! So many amenities and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our boys loved being close to the sand dunes to ride their dirt bikes and Razors. When they weren't out exploring new trails they were in the pool playing volleyball and having epic ping pong competitions at the house. This was the perfect gathering place for friends and family to have dinner and hang out in the evenings. We hope to stay again!!

We had a great time with our young tween boys. Very clean and comfortable house. Plenty of board games and video games. The pool was a big hit where there were plenty pf pool toys as well as a hot tub. We also tried out the community pool nearby which was super fun and the pickleball court was also a popular spot for us. I liked how close we were to a lot of fun things to do. Highly recommend for families or large groups wanting to have a place to be together and make memories.

Our group of 15 stayed at the Sand Hollow Sunrise this past weekend and found it fresh, roomy, and delightful! The heated pool was a hit with it's fountains, volleyball, and colored light ambiance. With it being so close to so many red cliffs and red sand, I'm not surprised that I found every moment red letter!

Overall we had a wonderful time!!!! And the house is great!!! We had plenty of room and were super comfortable :) There was a small gas leak outside and the smoke detectors went off in the night, but that wasn’t anything to do with the property managers…just one of those things that comes with owning a house haha! They were super kind to work with and VERY quick with communication :) We will definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay for our three families including 6 adults and 7 kids. There was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable and have some privacy. We were there during a very hot week so the pool was very popular and we made great use of a the well-stocked kitchen. We didn’t have time to watch TV, but the Nintendo area was a big hit with the boys and we appreciated the wide variety of board games. We wished we had a little shop vac to take care of some of the red sand, but we soon learned it comes with the territory.

Five stars! The pool is the best part, super easy to heat up, super warm very comfortable. Very cozy backyard, there's a lot of bedrooms. Great sleeping experience (super comfortable bed). I'd rate A+. There's lots of room for family gathering and out of every window there's a great view! It's also great to sit on the deck at night and star gaze, or just admirer the view, it also over looks the pool and spa.

What a phenomenal spot! With boating at Sand Hollow only five minutes away, our day could begin and end on the lake. But when the weather turned, our kids didn't mind going back and skipping between the private pool and the hot tub. On a hot day, there pool would have been perfect. The kitchen and great room were perfect for spreading out and playing games, and the extra game space upstairs let the teenagers bond without any hovering parents :) It was so, clean, convenient and easy. This beautiful new home was the perfect vacation rental for our group of 20! Beds for everyone and plenty of different gathering spaces. Our teens loved the spacious upstairs loft area, and the seating on the deck (patio table with a fireplace!) was our favorite adult hangout spot. The pergola with lights was a nice touch as well. Having a private pool was so fun for the kids - we spent all afternoon playing volleyball and loved the ease of going back and forth from the pool to the house. Finally, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, including little touches like a fresh lemon squeezer. I have already booked a return stay at this house in a few months when we come to St George! Location was amazing (we hiked at Quail Creek just a few minutes away, and hiked the Jem Trail). So many fun things so close.

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful vacation home. We were there with a few families and there was something for everyone! The kitchen had so many helpful tools - things like a lemon/lime squeezer and a meat thermometer. We cooked pancakes every morning on the electric griddle. We were there at the end of January and our kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool (they loved the pool volleyball!) and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I liked having two laundry rooms to easily throw a load of clothes when needed. Our group's younger kids and teens had some epic Nintendo Super Smash Bros battles and it was nice to have two hangout spaces inside so they could be loud upstairs while the adults played board games and had fun chatting downstairs. The ping pong table added more entertainment for all ages and we were happy to have pickleball paddles at the house to play at the courts in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again and look forward to exploring more of Southern Utah.

I don't know if I've ever stayed in a vacation rental that made me feel as relaxed and at home as this one! It is very beautifully furnished, with modern yet comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms fit our large group well. Four families with lots of kids fit nicely into the bunk rooms. Comfy beds! Our kids and teens really enjoyed the hangout space in the loft with a double TVs and a table for playing games. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially playing volleyball in the pool! It's close to the community pool as well, which the kids also enjoyed. Lots of hooks throughout the house for hanging towels. The main floor living and dining spaces are open and comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone. There is also seating out on the patio. The kitchen is well-appointed with every utensil and gadget you might need for preparing meals for a large group. We found this house was set up very nicely, no detail overlooked. Would definitely book again!

Not all vacation homes are created equally and this home in St. George is perfect for multiple families. Things we loved: *The kitchen. I don't think I've ever seen such a well-stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Griddle, crockpot, etc. There was even a rice cooker! *Fantastic areas for games. Loved the circular table upstairs for games, the adjacent huge couches for gaming, the big table downstairs for more games and then we had a different group watching the football game in the family area next to the kitchen. The home is well-divided so the sound of the TVs on each level wasn't a distraction. *The pool, hot tub and nearby pickleball courts were awesome. I didn't get a chance to do the lap pool in the common area. *Washers and dryers on different levels. Lots of people means lots of laundry. This was a perk. *Location. We liked being near Sand Hollow. Everything we wanted to do was within 15-20 minutes and it was nice to escape the traffic and crowds. It felt like a true retreat. 10/10 would stay here again and would highly recommend!

We stayed at Sand Hollow Sunrise recently for a soccer tournament, and we LOVED it! We had a group of three couples and a bunch of kids, and it was the perfect space for all of us. The couples each had a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom, and we loved that there were two roomy bunk rooms - we did a girls room and a boys room. I think we had ten kids total, but we easily could have fit more kids in there! It makes such a huge difference to have a place with a private pool, rather than making a trek to a public or shared pool! We absolutely loved the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor relaxation areas, where the kids spent most of their time, and it was nice that we could relax inside or outside with the kids in view. The indoor living area is roomy and worked great when we invited extra friends over to eat and swim. The kitchen is big and the best-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. It felt just like home for me, a person who likes to cook a lot. Everything I needed was there, from an instant pot to a high quality blender to a lime juicer! Plus, big platters, bowls, cookie sheets, etc. - Everything needed for feeding a crowd! Plenty of space in the dining and living areas (with extra bar seats behind the couch) for inviting friends over for dinner and having a bit of a party. We could have expanded seating onto the patio as well. I love that there is also an extra living space upstairs with TVs, video games, board games, a table, and a patio - our teens spent a lot of time up there and enjoyed having a separate space of their own. Overall, the house was extremely clean, fresh, and comfortable. Well-stocked with all the amenities, well-thought out floor plan and even little extras like plenty of towel hooks in the bathrooms for extra swimsuits! Anyway, I could go on and on, but this is definitely a place we will be bookmarking and returning to for future trips to the St. George area!

I usually don't take the time to leave comments but this trip was too amazing. Not only did we have perfect weather, but the hikes and scenery we were able to take in were absolutely phenomena. This rental had us close enough to drive to all the delicious restaurants in St George, but away from the crowds. Close enough to shop, but plenty to do if you didn't want to leave the house. 5 minutes away there is the gorgeous Sand Hollow Reservoir. We were able to park our boat close to the house, but you can also rent at the marina as well. The water is clear and warm and has amazing rock/cliff jumping. We were also able to drive to Zion's and this location is about 45 minutes closer than staying in St. George. This location also has an amazing pool that was warm every hour of the day and our kids played for hours. There was plenty of space for a big crowd of cousins and ping pong and corn hole for the kids who didn't want to get wet. When we needed down time, there are 2 spaces for board games, video games and watching movies. Needless to say, we made core memories at our stay here. This is definitely going to be a family tradition from here on!

The gas fire table did not work and the hot tub would not reheat after just one use, but the home was otherwise a great space for our group of 8. Just a shame to have 2 of the key outdoor amenities not work.
