Our vacation home is nestled in a private quiet (no loud parties please) H.O.A. community called "Cliff Dwellers". It is composed of south western style homes surrounded seasonably by snow capped mountains in the background. It is secluded yet close to shopping. We are located right across the street from the newest award winning P.G.A golf course, "Copper Rock".
In order to maintain the high standards of our neighborhood there are certain restrictions. No trailers are allowed to be on our property. They have to be stored off site. Available storage is close by.
We have the best of two world's. We are located half way between St. George (less than 20 miles) and Zion National Park (a little more than 20 miles). Acienda is located near the quaint town of Hurricane.
Occupancy is 6 people. Dogs-2 $100 pet fee $50 2nd dog N0 cats

Great for family gathering

We spent the Christmas holidays and the accommodations were perfect! It is a great location for exploring the National and state parks, as well as skiing at Brian Head! The house is a little outdated, but hs everything you need. The only negative is that it really needs a good deep cleaning!

Very relaxing stay with all of luxuries of home with a view to die for. The sunsets on the cliffs every evening was a highlight to the day.

Very comfortable and accommodating. The owners are wonderful and helpful. We have stayed here for four years to go hiking in the area and would love to do so again.

Lovely house outside of town

The house was lovely and our family (4 adults and two children) had a great time staying there. We enjoyed seeing all the stars in the night sky and watching the quails skitter around the yard in the morning. The house served as a good home base for visiting Zion and Red Reef Recreation Area (highly recommend this gem of a place). The owner was gracious and accommodating..

Cute house, great location

Had a really nice stay! The house was very clean and the location was great / views were beautiful. Only critique is that there was no soap/shampoo for the showers. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and would return.

The Acienda was the perfect destination for our family vacation to Zion National Park and the surrounding areas. It’s location was perfect for our excursions to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon. The owners were accommodating and the house had everything we needed.

Great Southwest Style Home

Zion Trip

My wife and I were looking for a home base while we visited Zion National Park for a week of hiking and sightseeing. This property looked perfect and in fact it was! It is a nice size home, very comfortably furnished, with all the amenities we needed. It is in a quiet little neighborhood about 5 minutes south of Hurricane was delightful. We met the owner, her son and daughter in law and they are most helpful. Thanks for everything and you have a beautiful place.

Vacation Dream

Charming house, attentive owners and perfect location. Stayed here 18 days. So much to see and do yet the house was in a quiet and scenic location. Great place for Zion but also several beautiful parks (Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Pioneer, Quail Creek) with lots of hikes.

Starry quiet nights .. feels away from it all.

We rented the home for 6 nights and were so thrilled to relax out back and catch the beautiful starry skies each night. Its a very special place.. feels like you are away from it all.. but truly only 10 minutes from everything in town.

Lovely home

Interesting layout, very nice decor, and very comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the internet but the hosts were very gracious about it. I would definitely stay there again if traveling with my family.

great place to stay

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. Location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely quiet and secluded neighborhood, but 10-15 min drive to town for supplies/groceries. With an extra pet fee the owner was kind enough to allow our 3 dogs to stay as well. The house does need a little TLC, maybe some new weather stripping around doors to keep the bugs out. But overall we loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again next year.

Hot Utah Summer, Cool House

Beautiful adobe style house on the outskirts of town. Great star gazing, spacious inside, plus a garage that was a game changer for parking in the heat!
