My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.

Excellent property that fits families as well as couples. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Swimming pools and beach were excellent. I’d come back.

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

Very clean and staff is excellent and they do care about customer food was excellent and very big variety in the breakfast buffet and 4 restaurants at dinner to choose from ,chief Mohammad is amazing, the only thing by the beach there were flies and at night there were mosquitoes when you are outside

Very exceptional resort. It is the pearl of the Red Sea. Amazing food, views and staff. If you are planning to visit Hurghada; just go to Kempinski Soma Bay. It’s unimaginable to believe that you can be literally standing at the beach and small fish visibly play around your ankle from how clear the water is. Words won’t do Justice to this resort. It’s a heaven on earth. Definitely one of the best resorts on the shoreline of Hurghada.

I booked this hotel for expedia never went there befor & from the moment I reached the hotel I found all the staff very friendly and for all our stay they are vey good & the hotel has very nice beach also we enjoyed water world specially my son, simply I'll not change the hotel next time when I go there. Extremely polite and friendly staff, food is absolutely outstanding especially in the buffet and at Tanga a la carte restaurants, the street where the hotel lies in reminds me of Barcelona Spain streets with beautiful designs, pieces of art, shops, street music

Truly excellent place to stay, especially considering the price. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. Two small pieces of advice to the management: First, the wifi can be a bit slow at times in the rooms. From the reception to the beach everything was super clean and sparkling. Plants and trees were well taken care of and hotel and garden staff were amazing in doing there job.
