"a great place to stay. bed was so comfortable pillows were the best i would definitely stay again. Was a little annoyed first night i couldnt add my room service bill to my room told to walk down to pay for it. Kind of defeats the purpose or room service.. but the food we recieved definitely made up for it. Food and coffee was amazing. will book again."

"We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful."

"Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant on premises and pub with good food near by. The hotel has good accommodation at a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a place to stay overnight near the airport."

"I stayed here between flights, as one does at an airport hotel. I really appreciate that the hotel has room service because I was exhausted. My only complaint is their front desk called me at a time they thought was reasonable but I was trying to sleep, just to ask if the room service was ok. They really should have left me alone to sleep. Hotels should never wake you up unless it is an emergency like there is a fire. Otherwise all ok."

"I left a blazing review on Google for this property! This property is four minutes from the airport after you get your rental car, which is a little bit bit of a deal. You’ve only got a four minute drive. Landed in time it was pouring rain so incredibly convenient to the airport. Super super clean very modern Also, I got to say the food was absolutely incredible! Can’t recommend the food good enough The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Great for your money! "
