"Our family enjoyed our stay in Hidden Valley. The house was easy to find and get in to. The space inside was very nice, appreciated the little extra things here and there like cozy throw blankets. I personally think the photos on the listing do not do it justice - the bathroom was much roomier than expected and we didn’t even realize there would be a sizeable deck. Sharing 1 bathroom with a big family gets difficult but we knew that when we booked so it worked out well enough for just a couple days. My only real complaint about inside was the master bed; the mattress seems old - very soft and sinks into the middle. So I did not sleep very well. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the fire pit due to a fire ban in the area, so we ended up not really exploring the outside of the property. Over all though, we had a great time here. The location is nice, we were able to spend a day in Algonquin Park and also spent half a day canoeing on Oxtongue River. Plenty of adventurous things to do around there! We would recommend this place. "

"This is a beautiful lake house with a private beach! We had the best room in the house (king bed) and it was a huge space with beautiful kitchen, comfortable bed and private deck. The views were breathtaking! The management was very accommodating and catered to any needs we had. We will definitely go back! The only improvement could be that some things were well loved and could use replacing (i.e. cushions on outdoor furniture, mattress cover had stains on it). Still highly recommend!! "
