"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". "The property was dirty. The room was dirty and smelled. Everything was outdated in the room. Several lamps had no light bulb. The electric outlets on the lamps were not working. The toilet paper holder was broken and just barely hanging on the wall. Linen and pillows were old and not fresh. Pillows were small, flat, and lumpy. Mattresses were old and hard. Based on all this I avoided and skipped breakfast."
