"This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. "The host was welcoming and helpful. The cottage was well situated for a quiet break but close to a good range of attractions. It was thoughtfully furnished and well equipped with particularly good provision for the dog. We had an anjoyable week."

"I'd firstly like to thank Mrs Thomas for our stay, and admit that the cottage was very good value for money. However, we found the bathing facilities to be poor, being extremely cold and inhospitable. We did use the bathroom once, but would not use it again a second time. Again, I need to remind that the cottage is very good value for money. Perhaps, not for families with children."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mill Batch Cottage. The cottage is exactly as described and was warm and cosy and very comfortable. It had everything you might need for your stay and a lovely garden. It’s really well located for the surrounding towns and villages - we visited Cheddar, Glastonbury, Wedmore and Tyntesfield during our short break. Would happily return."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Perfect location very central and only 10 minutes from the coast, The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our dog was even thought of with some goodies left for him too! Would definitely return!"

"With a passable rating I wasn’t sure before arriving but it should have a higher score Reception staff was fantastic ,great location ,great set up Only small niggles is it needs more plugs in the room and it’s a few flights of stairs with no lift but otherwise fantastic for the price "
