"I stayed at this hotel for my overnight layover at LHR and it all went without any problems. The room was great, clean and quiet. The hotel is in Terminal 4 and it is easy to find following the signs from the terminal. Even though I had landed late in the evening, the trains that connect terminals were running and there was someone at the hotel to let me in and to check me in."

"Clean room, everything was very modern. Bathroom showers were private with a great shower head and hot water! Blowdryers provided. Pods are small but it’s nice to have the privacy. They’re very soundproof, I couldn ’t hear anything from the other pods. Very secure with the QR codes and very safe. In a great location. AC worked well. Especially for a solo traveler, highly recommend! The outlet in my pod stopped working, I went to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new one. Good customer service."
