"Basic accommodations. The hotel does not have AC but they do not advertise they do so it was honest. Massive in scale around a 1,100 rooms if I recall correctly. Smaller rooms, parking and access was great and they had lots of staff to accommodate and assist. They really surpassed expectations there. Luggage accommodation precheck in. Just rooms outdated and no ability to get ice without the staff having to fill a plastic cup for you."

"Stayed to celebrate a special birthday and had a lovely time. A warm welcome from both the concierge and reception staff. Our room was very clean and the welcome message, card and prosecco were a lovely touch to help celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast was outstanding with an exceptional choice available, definitely something for every taste, and the omelettes were amazing! The VIP lounge was perfect for a drink prior to going out for the evening. The location was good with the tube station just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying here again."

"It was a great location, well kept and clean but the only downside was the system being down and the check in was not smooth and took too much time. It could have been handled differently. They seemed short staffed or unable to handle unexpected circumstances."
