"The grounds of property are clearly mowed, but there's a lot of trash around the building, in the parking lot, and along the fence lines, especially near the dumpster. If the staff took a few minutes each day, or maybe an hour weekly to clean up, I'm sure that would greatly improve the look of the are immediately around the hotel."
