"I accidentally left my prescription medicine in the room at checkout. Within a short time Susan called my phone and left a voicemail message about this. Fortunately, due to her quick actions we were still nearby and were easily able to return and get the meds. Thanks to the staff and Susan especially."

"This house was amazing. These guys have so many little touches that make the house feel like home. I have never stayed in a house with so much provided. They left us food and drinks because we were getting in late. They have so many small things that you can use for almost anything you need. They have bowls of candy around just so many nice touches. This house was so clean and neat. The house has so much room. The fenced yard was awesome for our dog. They even had a basket with toys and treats. This was the best house with so many thoughtful touches. The beds were amazing and so comfortable!!! We would stay again."

"The room was very clean and cozy. Totally enjoyed the swing on the front porch. A little disappointed the use of the hot tub was unavailable to our room. Overall though it was a relaxing time."

"The apartment was supposed to be to sleep 7, but only had beds for 4. I thought maybe the couch opened, but it did not.I found a spoon and lots of crumbs under the caution when I looked to see if it opened. Was not as clean as we expected. The cleaning fee was way too much especially when asked to remove trash yourself. The rugs were not safe. A tripping hazard for people. My cousin and myself both caught our feet on them."
