Large bedroom includes Queen size bed, 50” TV w/ Apple TV Gen 4/cable, desk/chair, mirrored closet doors, ceiling fan & keyed lock on door for security and privacy. Includes furnished den w/ refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, futon sofa, storage ottomans, table/chairs & TV (separate from main house den). Hardwood floors throughout, built-in wood shutters & air conditioning. Large full double sink bathroom and den are shared w/ only one person who rents other bedroom or private if other room is vacant. Washer/ dryer in garage (detergent & dryer sheets included ), backyard/grill, full access of kitchen, not suitable for children/infants or pets. Listing is for one person. Free use of beach cruiser bike.

Kathy and Scott were great hosts. Attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Accommodating. Communicative. Great pad for adventures and exploring the area. Also, they have very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys!👍🏻

For the single traveler looking for the perfect short-term stay, this is THE place!

100% overall impressed with location and accommodations. The hosts were very organized and proactive. The house was very quite and comfortable. I will definitely be back!
