"Place was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast good. Pool was in need of a clean (leaves in pool) but okay. Hotel a little dated but adequate for the 2 nights we stayed. "

"My stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Wesley Chapel was slightly below neutral. The hallways were freezing. In my room, the HVAC would start by blowing heat but after about 30 minutes it switched to cold air, which made nights uncomfortable. Housekeeping also did not service the room for the first few days due to my meeting schedule, and even after I gave the front desk a specific window to clean it, the room was still not cleaned when I returned."

"The room was as pictured! Super clean, amenities were stocked, friendly staff, and the Rooftop bar had great drinks and tasty food. I would say that the WiFi wasn’t that great and the ac didn’t get as cool as I wanted. "

"Was told they were remodeling the hallway floors but would only be on the other side of the building. When I arrived they said contractors tore out all the floors and whole building will be under construction. The whole stay I was in a construction zone with workers in hallways laying tile in front of my door all week. Not once did anyone say sorry or offer alternatives. They may want to rethink renting out these rooms because they are doing a terrible job. "

"Our stay was in a great location for the purpose of our visit. The beds were really comfortable. House was clean. The house could use more furnishing and the floor replaced in the master bedroom. This is all cosmetic though. Enjoyed our stay! "
