"All staff were helpful and kind. The view was breathtaking. Breakfast was great. Especially the waffles! The only thing I found unsatisfactory is the carpet in the room. My sister got blisters on her feet due to wearing the wrong shoes on our walk the first night. Because of this, she went barefoot in our room. The bottoms of her feet were filthy. So I know the carpeting has not been cleaned."

"The only real problem was that the WiFi kept dropping. The left side of the house didn’t keep internet connection. Had to go to the garage to get heat. Also the decks all needed to be cleaned/power washed from the bugs. Couldn’t use the balconies off the bedrooms. But we would stay here again."

"The ice machine didn’t work on our floor or the other 2 floors that we checked so I just assumed they all didn’t work. We checked in on Friday and our AC unit wasn’t working. They couldn’t get the unit to work until Saturday late evening. Saturday weather was hot but our room felt hotter than outside. I understand the reasoning of the pool hours, adults only the first and last 2 hours of operation, but wished it wasn’t so as my kids looked forward to swimming. Other than the listing above, stay was nice. It was close and convenient within walking distance to the beach and to their event area. That was definitely a treat!"

"We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean. Appliances all worked properly. I loved that the kitchen was on the second of three floors. It's a short walk to the beach, which was clean and beautiful as well. The pool was great and we used it alot after coming back from the beach. Each room has its own tv and all the remotes work. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, the deck/porch that goes all the way around the house was really nice!There is a lot to do in the area within 30 minutes. The little store in Sandbridge Bridge is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bar/restaurant next door has good food and had activites 3 nights of our week. Zeros sub were delicious as well!"

"This was a great property for our needs. It was big enough to accommodate a multigenerational family vacation. The location is steps from the beach and having a pool was great. The house was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. The house is older, could use updating, but the price was right and there wasn’t a complaint from anyone in our large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"

"Betsy was very responsive to communication. To a Midwesterner, Virginia prices seem a bit high. Nothing about this was a surprise, though, her communication is very clear on her listing. But her lovely Croatan Beach home was worth the rental price. We easily accommodated our large group for sleeping, and the two master suites are a bonus! The kitchen is well-equipped, and it was easy to prepare meals for our six-family groups. The main living floor provides two comfortable settings for socializing.The outdoor hot tub on the ground level was very convenient. The multiple decks and bathrooms served our many people well. The top level deck has a great view!Access to the beach is convenient. Betsy's instructions about rinsing feet upon your return is well-supported by the two outdoor hoses. If we lived closer, I would be saving now for a return visit!"
Reunion Paradise! Spacious Luxury Home and Pool House

"We enjoyed our multifamily stay, fur babies included. The oversized pool was wonderful, and the side yard was nicely kept. The outdoor kitchen/grill were not as photographed and we elected to forego use of this area. The pool house main room AC/temp control was a bit wonky but the individual bedrooms were cooled with solo AC units. The sauna was a nice addition. The main house worked well for our family needs. We wish there had been more access to cooking utensils/cookware, and a place for groceries to be stored. Overall, we had a great week and were happy to be able to find a place so accommodating for our large family and furry friends!"
