"Hotel avec un petit air ancien. On doit monter l’escalier car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. La chambre était agréable quoique le matelas pourrait être renouvelé mais la literie était très correct. Le petit déjeuner style buffet est excellent. Pas vraiment de vue sur la Moselle."

"Great hotel with plenty of parking. We had a room around the car park , not much of a view but comfy. No aircon but there was a bug fan which helped. Loved the beer garden which looked out over the Rhine. Good food selection there also."

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"

"The host, receptionist, cook/chef and waitress Miss Souad was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, kind and helpful. The hotel is very charming, relaxing and quiet; great for a soothing restful night of sleep."

"We had a very nice room on the second floor that had river and the castle view. The hotel is modern and seemed recently renovated. Everything is clean and staff are nice and helpful. It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"
