"Very nice place to stay. Affordable, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with exception of the oatmeal. It had no taste to it, so I would advise not to eat it"

"The place was in a great location to go to Dollywood. Quick 15 minute drive. The carpet had a spot that was coming up and it could use a little updating. Everyone that worked there were super nice and friendly. Beautiful view. Loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer. We would stay there again."

"The Margaritaville Island Inn is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the breakfast offerings were not extensive, the food was always fresh and hot. Ample free parking was located at the hotel site. The location is wonderful--just across a bridge from The Island and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Leconte Center. I would recommend booking a room on the Island side. We were on the parkway side and experienced some road noise at times. Great stay!"

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at The Island in Pigeon Forge. Five stars plus! When we originally booked our stay, my wife and I had a few reservations. With a name like “Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville,” we wondered if it might have more of a party atmosphere. We don’t party or drink, and after 40 years of marriage and 35 years of pastoring, we were really just looking for a comfortable place where we could relax, enjoy a few days away, and be close enough to everything that we could simply walk around and enjoy Pigeon Forge. What we found completely exceeded our expectations. There was absolutely no overwhelming “party vibe” at all. Instead, it was a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of people much like us who were simply there to enjoy a getaway. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking attendants to the front desk staff and restaurant employees—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You never felt like you were bothering anyone or putting them out. They genuinely seemed happy to help. It was the little things that really stood out. We wanted to do some laundry, and they provided us with laundry detergent. We enjoy our coffee, and there were all the K-cups we could possibly need. Every request was met with kindness and a desire to make our stay enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. You’re right there near restaurants"
