The house is really nice. Has all the amenities and is well stocked. We felt at home.
The backyard is cool with the river a few steps away.
This place was super cute! Pictures were accurate and it felt a lot bigger than pictures depicted. Fully stocked kitchen, which was quite large, beds were comfortable, lovely backyard and we walked to the river to watch the sun set each night. Grocery store in town and about 15-20 min from the West Glacier entrance. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!
This location is perfect. The property is very relaxing and was perfect for out group. We came in from different states, thus gave us a place to visit. We will definitely book this again.
Thanks for the ease in commutation.
It was perfect. Clean and just how it was described. Close to the park and nearby towns. It was a great place to come back to after a long day hiking around Glacier National Park and relax by the river.
We had a wonderful stay. I wish I had brought fishing waders as the river bank is quite steep and bank fishing was difficult. The location is a short distance to the park and not far from Whitefish. Would stay again.
The home was warm and cozy. The outdoor area very nice, great times spent around the fire pit. Lounging on the hammock.. enjoying the beautiful scenery. I will definitely return to this property…
We came here primarily to spend most of our days at GNP and it was everything we needed. Home was everything we needed and had everything we needed as well. Back yard was incredible and was where we spent most of our time hanging out. Owner was very responsive and very helpful whenever we needed something. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay near the park!
Perfect , peaceful stay . Loved this cabin!
Located close to entrance of west glacier !
Excellent communication with a property manager . I have nothing negative to say . We hiked every day and enjoyed ourselves!
Lovely! Peaceful stay! The walkout to the river is not really a easy walkout. There is a very steep staircase to get to the river. Overall experience was awesome and the communication. I highly recommend
Stunning views, patio and yard. We lived outside for the most part! Beds are comfy. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Only 10 minutes to Glacier park entrance. Cindy was quick to respond to all questions.

Very good
It was very cozy and homey! I loved the yard with all the different seating arrangements and beautiful view of the river! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans. There also were spices, flour, for cooking. There were plenty of towels and soap and shampoo for bathing! We really enjoyed our time there!.
The property is convenient to everywhere. Cindy was easily accessible as well. The only issue we had is the stale smoking smell from years past. Our sinuses were completely out of whack from this.
Beautiful home along the River. Home was equipped with everything our family needed. The backyard was entertaining to have a bbq and enjoy the River. It was our favorite part, the backyard is truly breathtaking! Great location, near places to eat and a market. Our host was easy to communicate with. Home was clean. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great family memories!
I stayed here with my family for 4 nights. This was our last stop of our trip since we started at the Grand Tetons and then Yellowstone. It was so nice to have a house where we could all have our separate spaces since we had been in a hotel room before this. Communication was great with Sarah and Stephanie (property manager). The place was clean and perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The view of the river was beautiful with the mountains. We loved the location of the property because it was so close to West Glacier. We were able to hike the many trails with amazing views, whitewater raft on the Flathead River, and take a red bus tour while we were there. It was such a fun and relaxing time together before I send my oldest off to college. I highly recommend this place.
The house was both clean, comfortable, and spacious. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and I can't remember one that had as much kitchen and bathroom counter-space as this one, which is real boon. The river view was wonderful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to really enjoy that view.
The house was located about a 15-minute drive from the Glacier park entrance and about a 30-minute drive from Kalispell and the airport, so it was very convenient.
The only word of caution I would give is if you are planning on going down to the river from the house. The sign says very clearly that you go at your own risk, and I decided against going for that reason. It's a pretty steep descent down to the river, so definitely wear appropriate shoes if you plan on going.
Overall, I was very glad to have stayed here!
This is a rare case of the pictures don't do the place justice. It was a spacious set-up and the outdoor area was just lovely! The house was well stocked with everything you may need for cooking, even spices, oil, and limited Tupperware. It was a very comfortable stay!
We were here to hike in Glacier. Although only about 20 min from the West Glacier entrance, most of the hikes we did in the park were about 90 minutes away from the house. This was a good reason to get up early!
The only reason for the one-less star for cleanliness was the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Being all non-smokers, it was apparent to us. We think it may have been from the guests prior to us. The smell lessened a bit with each passing day, however, it was noticeable when we walked in each day.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again!
Great Location and Comfortable Stay in Hungry Horse
Cindy's place is the perfect location to relax near Glacier National Park. Very comfortable house and stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space is amazing with a lot of seating for everyone. We loved grilling outside and having a view of the river. Cindy was always quick to respond to any questions i had. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Beds and furniture comfortable, home roomy, kitchen large and full of what you need. Backyard a paradise, large, private, lovely view of river, flowers, gardens, comfortable outside furniture. We used outside barbeque a lot. Will definitely return.
We stayed here for my 40th birthday as a base camp for Glacier National Park. It was the perfect place. Kitchen stocked well, bathroom stocked well. Clean house. Very cozy. Cindy was always quick to responds and very helpful.
Property was as advertised, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The walk down to the river was a bit trecherous, so did not do any fishing here. The back patio was lovely and the firepit had a nice view of the river without having to walk down to it. It was a quick 10 minute ride to get into Glacier, as well as a 30 minute ride to get to Whitefish, and just a bit further to Kalispell. Perfect location for a Glacier National Park and surrounding area vacation. We would definately recommend this home.
