"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , leider hat in diesem Hotel nichts funktioniert. Nicht der Check in , es war nur ein betrunkener Mitarbeiter vor Ort, da zudem auch nicht deutsch gesprochen hat. Der Gast war nur eine Nacht im diesem Hotel , hat sich aufgrund von diesem Zustand ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen ,Somit entstehen für ihn nochmals Kosten .Es wurde auch keine Rechnung an den Gast ausgestellt. "The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
