"The Phoenix is a grand old dame ! The rooms are sized just right and my bed was uber comfy ! The staff are VERY pleasant and helpful - really enjoyed them :-) It's too bad breakfasts aren't included (but there's plenty of great food nearby). Great neighborhood and the location is close to shopping. Overall , I would definitely recommend :-)"

"We loved our stay at Hotel 1 Copenhagen. Beautiful property, lovely rooms and amenities, perfect location, wonderful staff. Our only complaint is that in the evening the music played in your lounge area is much too loud. We loved that area and were going to have a light bar meal there but had to move to the restaurant area because the sound was just a little better. For a hotel where so much is natural and serene, the excessively loud music doesn’t fit!"

"Easy access to train station and places of interest; room was clean and quiet; bed was comfy and shower was great. Nice to have option of having the room cleaned. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even with a room right above the street and a beer garden across the street, everything was quiet at night (Tue- Sat stay)."
