"Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great and attentive host who answered all of my questions and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The villa itself is breathtaking with such a well equipped kitchen. There was so much space and the interior was very unique and beautiful. The Gardener came along a few and checked the pool for us and gave us some more recommendations. All in all couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and stay. Casa tranquila couldn’t have been better named. Thank you Sheila and manuel!"

"Very comfortable apartment, top floor with good views. Parking was very easy (wide entrance) and felt secure. Good location, very short walk to the Alcazaba, short walk down into town. Views from rooftop was beautiful. Only thing to note was that a) cleaners in the morning were loud & came into our room with knocking and b) likely because we were on the top floor, the wifi was weak."

"Beautiful expansive property the grounds surrounding the main traditional "Spanish Villa-style hotel building are as fabulous and beautifully maintained as the building itself. We had drinks and tapas in the bar, and a delicious dinner in the restaurant that was open all day so as we were travel weary it was nice not to have to wait until 8/9-ish to eat dinner. Large choice of wines as well. Everything is clean and comfortable: Bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are also traditional style ours looked out onto the walled lawns again lawn & shrubs trees well-kept and in the room everything works! Nice hot showers & baths meticulously clean! Plenty of parking - we had a rental car. we didn' get a chance to try the modern gym/pool facility though. We're coming back!"
