"It smelled like old Christmas decorations. And it was not a subtle place to stay in my opinion. We walked in and decided we couldn’t stay because of the conditions. It is cool but should be a museum not a rental. We asked if there was anything else and were told no. We had to get another place to stay. Would not recommend. "

"We really enjoyed this property. It is much like a camp which was comfortable and kitschy. If you are high maintenance, not the place for you but 99% of folks will love it. "Pros: The cabin was cozy, spacious, and clean, with a large living room. It had one room with two queen beds and another room with two single beds, which was great for our group. The kitchen and dining area were also clean and well-equipped. Cons: There’s no on-site laundry, but there are a few options nearby. The good review & clean laundromat is the Lakeside Market and laundry, about a 30-minute drive away."

"This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay"
