"We had a great stay, all the staff were excellent, Lily at breakfast service and Ben so helpful throughout our stay. Food was amazing, we had the Sunday Taster menu and the Chef was so accommodating of my partner who is vegan. We also had food from the comfort menu which was again very good. Breakfasts which for residents are included in the room rate was lovely. The place had the feel of going to to stay with friends for the weekend, a credit to all the staff and Paul the Manager."

"Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit "

"Great place and great price as stayed before. We had a comfort caravan through hotels.com and did not book direct with the caravan park. 4 days before I was called and reminded of my booking and I asked if linen and towels were included. I was told that were but when we arrived there were no towels. I did ask at guest services and was told they were not included as I did not book direct. Luckily enough I know the area so just bought a couple of bath towels from Tesco. We did not use the facilities at all as we were visiting family but did have a swim in the pool on a cold day, which was nice as the pool is heated. The park is great and will be staying again."
