"First time I've stayed at Holiday Inn, what can I say it was great. I didn't want to leave, so much to do in Southend, and the hotel was above standard. From the minute I walked in, until I left my stay was comfortable, peaceful and just what I needed. I will return. Close to a small retail outlet, but it is quiet you wouldn't know.. and handy for the airport."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, and the exceptional service from your team truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, Alice at the front desk welcomed us with outstanding customer service, making check-in seamless and pleasant. We also want to give a special mention to Julie, our greeter and waitress, who looked after us beautifully during breakfast each morning with her warm and attentive hospitality. "We had an enjoyable stay.All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too. We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife. My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing. Thank you."

"No business gets everything right every time. No one is perfect. But, the way a business reacts when things go wrong is very important. We checked in for two nights and the first night didn’t go well for a variety of reasons, including an uncomfortable mattress, a dodgy shower control and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. These issues were raised with the front desk who upgraded us to a much better room without argument or question. Thank you. "
