"We had a very nice stay. The room was very comfortable and we slept well. Good bathroom amenities, shower, and bathtub. The shopping mall next door is very convenient for meals. We loved the pool, which was great for laps and not crowded during our stay. Throughout the hotel, staff was very friendly and made every effort to be helpful. When we ran into a few small problems, it was due to management. For example, there's no concierge to help with arranging local tours and no information available...

"Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay."
