"The hotel sold the rooms to other guests actually when the 4 persons arrived the hotel told them that they had already sold their rooms and they cannot remove the new guests which was terrible"

"Llegue a las dos de la tarde para realizar el check in, olí indica en la página y me dijeron que no, que la persona de recepción se estaba bañando. Total nos fuimos a comer y regresamos a las siete ya que no había otra opción de hospedaje, la habitación sucia, no cuentan con alimentos, toallas solo ..."
