"Very old and shabby, no hand towels, or shampoo. WiFi didn’t work. Check in person didn’t share any info such as ice machine location or coffee in office in the morning. Curtain at window didn’t fit well enough to keep out light. Only thing going for this motel is convenient location. "

The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach."

"Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. "

"They had to switch my rooms TWICE! Room 1: the jacuzzi tub was broken and that’s the entire reason I paid for the room. Room 2: There were puddles on the floor with swollen wood from a leak. I settled for room three. I was tired. It freaked of cigarettes and everything was chipped and dirty."
