"Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time."

When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. "The checkin was a breeze and the property was beautiful. Accommodations were excellent and the host was always available throughout my entire 3 1/2 month stay.
