Chalet Marmotte is one of five chalets located at the top of Alpe d’Huez, situated in an enviable position right next to the pistes and the main lifts of the resort. In fact you can ski right back to your door at Marmotte, as the piste runs directly in front of the chalet from the Rond Points des pistes, whilst behind the chalet is a welcoming and attractive cobbled courtyard between the five chalets. The town centre is a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a vibrant resort, with plenty of great bars, restaurants and shopping, plus an outdoor ice rink and swimming pool. If you don’t fancy the walk into town, then take the aerial route as the nearby caged gondola lift can transport you to different parts of the resort. There are spa facilities on the ground floor with a sauna and hot tub. From the hot tub you can open up the doors for stunning views of the piste in front of the chalet. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a tiring day of skiing and sure to ease any aches and pains away. Surface area : about 150 m². View ski slopes.
