"The front desk staff and the lounge staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and treated me very well. I was also very impressed with the variety of items available for the complimentary breakfast. My hotel room was quite clean and well-stocked with everything I would need. The armoire was a nice surprise. I think my only issue was the unreliability of the WiFi. I saw the buffering circle a lot during my stay. I do not know if it was where I was located (i. e., the location of my hotel room), or if it was a problem with the router or gateway, but it really was the only minus during this hotel stay."

"I was up early during my stay but around 7:15 am leaf blowers were being used across the street. It probably woke up everyone in the building where I was staying."

"Parents weekend at Marist was perfect with our staying at this Hyatt. The staff is very friendly and professional. The the staff at breakfast worked so hard and made everything wonderful. I was impressed with the included breakfast choices. Highly recommend."

"Cute little inn! Rooms were clean however they need a little TLC. My friend complained of hearing the train horns during the night, but I slept right through it! The coffee machine in the lobby—the only coffee machine—was out of order."

"Room was very clean and the estate is very pretty. The breakfast had pretty much anything you could think of and was good quality. Parking was a little tricky but there were weddings both days we stayed"

"The hotel is located in an ideal part of New York. Shopping is possible and easily accessible for all my needs. I was pleasantly happy that we could get to JFK Airport in under 40minutes. Staff were also quite helpful."
